Dan Haren, Edwin Jackson, Brandon Webb, Ian Kennedy, and Billy Buckner that is the Arizona Diamondbacks dominate rotation. Webb will be the key to the succuss of the rotation. He is returning from shoulder surgry and is not progressing like Arizona wants him to. Webb will most likely be starting 2010 on the Diamondbacks D.L.. Arizona will have to find a new starter if he does not come back in top form.
The D-Backs have a lot of young players. Despit all the strikeouts that the Arizona lineup puts up Justin Upton got him self a 6 year deal worth $51 million.
Chad Qualls, Bob Howry, and Clay Zavada are all part of the solid bullpen. The Diamondbacks depth in the lineup consists of Ryan Roberts, Rusty Ryal, and Augie Ojeda.

Prediction: The Diamondbacks have a legit shot at going from worst to first. Drew and Upton are the best two players on the D-Backs roster. 1-3 in the rotation is as strong as anybodys in the NL West. To make a run at the World Series they have to get a better outfeild. Young and Jackson just won't cut it. Arizona is better than last year and will show it being a wild card contender for most of the year. 12 games out of the West. 75-87
